Cuando llegué luego de tener mi reservación paga estaba lleno y no tenían ninguna habitación. No me resolvieron.

Look I'm sorry this happened I know we spoke on the phone the day of. I'm not the one who does the reservations. We at Medusa's hostel rely on our booking sites to book our rooms. When you made your reservation with Expedia, we at Medusa's hostel had nothing to do with making your reservation. Your reservation was reserved for a room that had already been reserved for someone else. I apologize that happened, and furthermore I'm kind of irritated and angry at Expedia and that this happened to you. I am trying to take this up with Expedia and get somebody to get a hold of me because this happened. I apologize again. I hope that this does not change your decision in the future and staying with us if that's a possibility. Next time if you call me direct I will do your reservation for you and make sure that your reservation is secure, since these sites like Expedia have issues overbooking rooms.

Buen lugar para pasar la noche con un personal muy atentó ademas hay varios lugares recreativos cerca como playa, bolera, restaurantes entre otras actividades para realizar durante la estadía. Solo estaría mejor si contara con estacionamiento y baños en cada habitación, lo demás está chévere el lugar.

The service was good - thankful for the help. There is a situation with bugs (cockroaches) that can be improved. Overall it is a good night of rest.

On behalf of Medusa's we want to thank you for staying with us. The bug situation is seasonal, usually we don't have problems like this. But I do want to apologize for that and I hope that doesn't change the way you feel about us here at Medusa's hostel. The situation with the insects are being taken care of. We usually hire somebody to come out and spray and it usually lasts a while before we see another insect and it usually lasts a while before we see another insect inside the building. I apologize for that situation. And I want to thank you for staying with us and I'm glad you got a good night's rest. Have a wonderful day.

Sorry it took so long for a response to your review, usually things don't go the way that you apparently experienced it. Anytime we have a guest doesn't really matter who is working that guest is always given the 24/7 phone number for whoever is on staff because somebody is here the premises 24/7 so if you had any concerns or issues someone was here and the number right above the Wi-Fi password is always working always available for guests to call no matter what time it is. I don't really know what you expected coming here but we are just a simple guest house we rent out our rooms and the whole second floor where the rooms are located and the kitchen and the living room are located that whole floor is for guests to utilize. We are not a corporate hotel we're not some big business we are a small family operated business, a guest house with 5 to 6 rooms available and so when people expect some full service for their stay here or complain about cheap soap or complain that there's no parking or complain that they have to use the bathroom that shared upon other guests see these minor little issues and details can be fulfilled at the Marriott but here at Medusa's you get a private room a full kitchen and living room and privacy. We do not wait on our guests hand and foot that's not why we are here. We are here to supply you with a room that has AC Wi-Fi and a television and if you pay a small fee you can even have a mini fridge in your room other than that if you need something you can call the number and the person working will come right upstairs to help you out. If you didn't utilize that phone number how is anybody supposed to know that there was an issue where you stayed here they don't. So I do apologize that your experience went the way it went. I would like to think that it could have been a lot different cuz you just communicated with the person working but since it wasn't that way a little listening and paying attention can go a long way and had you called the person that was working here that night maybe they could have helped solve your problem in which I'm sorry I didn't go a different way.

Good but no parking

We appreciate your review. There's not a lot of parking here in downtown Aguadilla, and most parking is on the street unfortunately. We try to let everybody interested in making a reservation to stay here that parking is on the street. We try to be very upfront about everything as far as sharing the bathrooms and parking on the street. I understand sometimes when people see a room available they jump to book it but don't look at the amenities. Again I apologize. I know parking on the street can be annoying and irritating. I wish you safe travels and appreciate your stay with us.

Perhaps I misunderstood, it felt like a guest house. No private bathroom no small refrigerator. Tv control not working propertly no other control provided.

I'm sorry you misunderstood, but before you even make your reservation all these things that you listed are actually described under each room before you reserve your room. There are certain rooms with small refrigerators and that is listed with each room that has a small refrigerator. If the TV controller wasn't working properly I urge and ask all guests to please call me directly for any issues. I never got a phone call about your remote control not working properly. But all of these things are in the description before you even reserve your room. Next time let someone know that there's an issue so it can be fixed and instead of dealing with the problem all night and not saying anything until you're ready to review your experience. Your experience is only as good as you make it so if you don't say anything about an issue or a problem that you're having then how is anybody to know? And why deal with the problems when you can just tell somebody? You had my phone number because you called me. So if you come back I heard you to call me if you have an issue.
