Moldy smell in rooms

The rooms have a very strong moldy and musty smell that is overwhelming and probably not healthy. I had to sleep with a face mask on. Every room should have a de-humidifyer to keep this problem at bay. Hotel shows signs of wear that should be fixed. Breakfast was very good however, and service was great.

The staff's attitude, indifference, and the lack of local knowledge was a surprise.Two members, Santosh and Rajubhai had audacity to discuss and whisper and judge the guest which is never seen in other hotels and we have visited a few similar and better hotels. Not usually used to give negative reviews but I thought I must mention this if only so that the individuals mentioned know that guests on the other side of the desk are not stupid and deserve some respect as customers.

A secure hotel. Helpful staff. Hotel is popular amongst auto rickshaws and Uber. Banks situated outside the hotel, to exchange your foreign currency, where you get a better rate.

Assolutamente non negli standard crowne. Camere vecchie con rifiniture poco curate. Costo per accesso alla camera qualche ora prima, estremamente alto
