Not a 9.0 Rated Hotel

We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel.

Poor WiFi connection. Not very clean. The room is big enough. A few young staffs are nice and friendly.

Obviously the online rating is a forgery. The hotel is nowhere near the 9 stars. I had terrible experience with WI-FI & when I would call receptionist the call wouldn’t connect as the intercom wouldn’t work, so I had to go down to get somebody who accepted that I was not provided with correct password! Overwhelmed with all this, when I asked if I can get refund for next days stay as I would like to move out, I was told flat NO!

Good hospitality

Very friendly and helpful team. We had a very nice and pleasurable stay at the hotel. Service and breakfast meal were very good. Indeed, a very comfortable place to be..
