Must say We Upgraded from the Haveli to the Hotel,as you check in at the hotel,but THE HAVELI is a few KM away.
Didn’t make sense so as we were tired paid and upgraded to the HOUSE OF M.G.
NO ROOM SERVICE.....breakfast in a restaurant outside,nearly by the road.
Service from receptionists,very slow,no bell boys,give an hour if you need anything doing,e.g.checking out,or any other queries.
The G.M.has only recently started,so have given her a few constructive criticism.
However She is very pleasant and have a feeling,will get the hotel to the standards
That it has potentially.
The staff in the souvenir shop need to be more pleasant,simple pleases or Thankyou,won’t go a miss.
