Good place to stay, some enhancements necessary
Publié le 28 févr. 2020 sur HotelsService from staff was generally pretty good. Just the one off person at reception who seemed disinterested. Had an issue with WiFi and needed to chase a few times to resolve.
Managers are good when a request is raised with them.
The rooms look tired and need upgrading including bed linen and bathroom furniture.
Overall I did enjoy my stay as the service and environment is good.
Thanks to Mr. Prashanta for making my stay at Ramada enjoyable.

Need more training to housekeeping staff .. I stayed here in January 2017 n this time property has been gone down in service n cleanness ..all it need proper training to staff
