This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either.

Dirty spotted sheets every night. Filthy mattress. Dusty room. Missing towels and water bottles on some nights. Bathroom is too dim.
Breakfast was very good. Night staff was very helpful in cleaning and replacing sheets and mattress

My experience with this hotel was not good, not clean.
