friendly and serviceable staff. good food, both breakfast and diner buffet. room is quite large, bed comfortable. negative side is i have been obliged to ask 4 times in a week for shower gel. not replaced when empty. it is not acceptable for an hotel from this category and for the rate charged. location is so-so, outside of the main district or down town, but on the way to Ganghinagar exhibition center.

Stay was okay but service was very bad. Will not recommend the hotel to anyone
