Le personnel est très très accueillant, toujours souriant, attentif à tous nos besoins pour rendre notre séjour des plus parfaits. Merci à eux !
La formule all inclusive est vraiment très bien, le buffet est varié et propose de nouvelles choses chaque jour, les cocktails (de bonne qualité) y sont même inclus pour cette formule. Les piscines sont très agréables, les chambres sont propres.

Pour : the beach and the swimming pool
Contre : the horrible restaurant
Emplacement : remote. you are far from everything. once there you are stuck
the staff is just as charming as the restaurant is a insult to the catering industry. There were not a lot of dishes on the menu and the chef was not really bothered to make his client happy. To me the worst was the smell the whole room had.
1 day or two are good to enjoy the beach and the swimming pool, but i just cannot understand how people can stay there for a week...
once you are there, you really are stuck and remote from everything. after 2 days, i just wanted to run away.

Me & my husband stayed at Ahungalla resort for 5days and we had an amazing experience. It was a memorable holiday. Initially we booked room only but upgraded to half board on arrival which was the best decision. Food was great and had lots of choices. Overall great place to relax 😊

Arrival at Heritance - This is a very positive experience. You are welcomed with refreshments, a friendly smile and seamlessly checked in. The staff are lovely and will do everything.
It is an old building which has been modernised with wide open corridors and spacious rooms which are clean. The bathroom is good quality and clean. We were so pleased that the shower had a hose in addition to fixed shower head.
Pool - two pools both very clean with heaps of space to lounge
You don’t need to leave the pool, staff cater for you with food and drink requests are well priced.
Beach - the beach is sandy but we did not not swim because our travel is in the monsoon season and sea is rough. We didn’t feel we were missing much because the pool area was so good.
Food - there’s a reasonably priced cafe with lots of options. They will actually make what ever you need work and are very flexible. There’s a pool bar and the Buffet is brilliant. With the exception of one night we ate at the buffet every evening. We were very impressed by it. There is lots of cultural options. We had gluten free requirements and this was easily accommodated.
Staff - The staff are standouts. They are clearly well trained and their professionalism is indicative of good culture and leadership within the Resort. I can’t speak highly enough. Our late checkout was accommodated even though they were extremely busy.
