Excellent property with great customer service. My entire family had an awesome time. A must stay place, very clean and food was phenomenal too

The approach and attitude of the main person on the reception was very very very bad....
There was a miss communication regarding the itinerary between the hotel and Expedia...
As per my itinerary, The category of The 5 rooms which I booked on Expedia was “Warlis club room” and all meals were included in my itinerary. But the receptionist was just not ready to give us the rooms and meals as per my itinerary. He kept arguing that there is some error in the itinerary and he can not provide us the rooms and meals which were mentioned in itinerary.
After a huge debate and communication with Expedia help line, we got the rooms as per the itinerary but the time and efforts we spent behind it made us very unhappy and created a bad impression of the hotel receptionist behaviour and professionalism....
If there is any confusion regarding the itinerary between the hotel and Expedia, the matter would be solved between these two parties and the customer should not suffer because of this....
