Avis Villa Primavera with pool and sea view / 6pax

The Sine’s family was very active, but also friendly, cooperating fully with the villa rules for the energy saving and the pool safety rules. They enjoyed well the pool facilities, but also different nice areas of the Aigialeia district, which they have visited, doing excursions, by having as starting location our villa. Certainly, we shall be very happy to host them again in future and besides the conformable residence in our villa to offer also unforgettable memories from the wider area of the Aigialeia district.

This villa offers 100% privacy, at direct distance of 1km from nearest beach, offering panoramic view over Corinthian Gulf: only advantages concluded, as all guests’ comments within last 3 years!! This guest was not fully aware with her new car: Owner & garden keeper assisted, relocating car to easier places, out of 8 parking places! Comment first seen from dozens of guests, as parking spaces are ample and near the villa entrance. Pool surface 60sq.m, plus surroundings 160sq.m. for sunbeds, to be spread all around! No any congestion! Pool depth is escalated for children & guests (who do not know swimming, like specific lady): 3 steps of 30cm, plane area of 0.90cm, afterwards slopping area to 2.70m depth, to offer diving possibilities. Nobody, so far, commented depth configuration! Villa is 170sq.m. equipped with proper infrastructure & portable devices, fully operational, protected from sun radiation: In most summer days no A/C need, as internal temperature is 25-28 centigrade (thermometers fitted for checks). Besides powerful A/C unit, 2 internal fans fitted, plus external ventilator over external messroom. All are contained in the villa description. “Small” room has ample surface for 2 persons: 2 beds, 2 bed-tables & lights, 1 big wardroom, side mirror, foldable chair. Window offers natural light, having same dimensions with window of other room, placed differently: breadth bigger than height. A/C not needed at night, unless working by mistake! Villa is 170sq.m, adequate for 6persons: 4persons in 2rooms, plus 2sleeping in ample sofa, (transformed to double bed / 2single beds). Compartment has 3routers for different wi-fi connections: 1 for upper villa, 1 for lower villa and 3rd for outside spaces / pool: All wi-fi connections should be spread properly to ensure best internet speeds! Security cameras oriented to corridors & passageways, around building covering unwanted access during night (data kept for 1day, then new images are overwritten, if nothing happened last night). Villa Owner has personal contact during arrival and residence, resolving not only probable problems, also consulting all gusts for beaches, excursions and information for local shops / restaurants, plus delivery possibilities in villa. We collected positive comments of guests coming from 10 different countries, plus promises to come again, or promote our villas: however, some of above comments are unfair, compared with real circumstances!!
