The property has all the tools to have a higher rating. The 2 queen suite was very comfy with a small living room and a bedroom door that provided privacy and quiet. Breakfast was good with scrabbled egg, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, etc., maintained by a very nice staff member. (Guests, pleae be nice and leave a tip once in a while!!!)
The lower rating was due to very fixable items that need addressed (234) .
Shower curtain rod bracket was coming OUT of the wall causing the curtain to droop so much it leaked alot of water on floor; LR remote didn't work; microwave was burned up inside to the point you could smell it; telephone was filthy! These are all things that should be on the daily check list.
The pool needed raked but water seemed clean.
The internet was down (which the front desk failed to mention) 2.5 out of our 3 days but those things happen.
I will be in the area again and will try again but call ahead and address these things. The area was convenient and quiet. The potential is there for this property.
