Logement conforme à la description, néanmoins l’hygiène reste vraiment à désiré ! Brosses de wc inutilisables car très sales !! Matelas remplis de ressorts, mal de dos horrible à la fin du séjour ! De la vaisselle sales, une poêle inutilisable. De la poussière, et de la saleté en dessous des lits; de la moquette; des meubles… nous avons dû faire une partie du ménage à notre arrivée !! Le fond de la bouilloire avec une épaisseur de calcaire énorme… hygiène déplorable.

Thank you for your review. In terms of the cleaning we are very surprised that any issues were not brought to our attention upon arrival as of course our team would have been able to rectify any issues as cleaning is very important. With regard to the beds we have had no issues reported by any other guests so again this is very unusual but of course we will investigate

L’appartement est bien situé, en très bon état et très propre. Mais attention toutefois car l’annonce dit qu’il y a un lave linge mais ce n’est pas le cas.

Nice apartment adjacent to the piste

The apartment was well equipped and in a good location but there are a number of issues that need addressing. The biggest issue for us was that there was no internet available throughout our stay. The kitchen tap is loose and the extractor lights don't work. The dishwasher is not secure and tilts when the door is opened. There are loose screws in the front door and en suite room wardrobe door, some of which we tightened. The en suite shower mount was loose which we tightened. The apartment could benefit from a bit more attention to detail.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately the lack of WiFi was totally outside of our control as there was a fault with all connections into the building that were serviced by Orange and they could not fix it on time. We have updated our maintenance person with the comments about the maintenance issues which should have been addressed before you went in although nobody else had mentioned them since the beginning of the season but these will now be fixed All the best Nick
