HIGHLIGHTS
The house is not air-conditioned, but remains cool (thick stone walls) and well-ventilated. It is located in a quiet lane not far from the Jas de Bouffan district and the Vasarely foundation. The house is securely gated, and you'll find private parking on site. The 5000m2 garden is particularly pleasant, as is the swimming pool and terrace for an unforgettable stay.
CONVENIENCES
Numerous amenities: supermarkets, tobacconist's, banks, bakery, bar and wine cellar, restaurants, snack bar, hairdresser and shopping center all less than ten minutes away by car. Provencal market every morning and large market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Saturday flea market on Cours Mirabeau (see Aix Tourist Office).
ACTIVITIES
Aix-en-Provence is a dynamic city steeped in history. There are many monuments and museums to discover, as well as bars and discotheques in the old town. Many restaurants to discover (Provencal and international cuisine).
A 3-minute walk away: the Golf (club and restaurant), the 6Mic (modern music venue). Biocoop and Club Hippique are a 5-minute drive away.
Nearby: many hiking trails in Cézanne's landscapes (Sainte-Victoire). Hiking at Lac de Bimont. Visit castles and wineries.
Less than an hour's drive away, you can reach Marseille's Parc National des Calanques or the Côte Bleue for a swim in the sea, or the charming fishing village of Cassis for an aperitif on the port or an ice cream. Dates for the many night markets along the coast can be found on the Tourist Office website.

The Vasarely bus stop (bus A from the SNCF station) is 750 metres away on foot and the bus passes every 7 minutes.

A washing machine is also available.
