Hôtel décevant mais bon restaurant

Pour : Le restaurant sur le toit
Contre : La chambre sans fenêtre, sans clim, douche non fonctionnelle
Emplacement : Proche du parc mais fréquenté par les mendiants de la ville
Bon restaurant sur le toit, seul atout de l'hôtel. Chambre sans clim, fenêtre sur la remise du personnel, douche sale, quartier fréquenté par mendiants.

stay only if you are desperate

The service levels were pathetic. Had to ask for everything repeatedly. The kettle did not work, the basin was clogged, the TV did not work, the room had to be changed twice to acceptable levels.

Dear Mr Raman We gave you a standard room which you had booked but you kept insisting on a larger room which was a higher category and was available for a surcharge which you did not want to pay. Ultimately when you did agree to pay the additional amount, you were shifted to a higher category, so the demand to shift rooms from your end. Also you booked a room without breakfast and kept insisting that we provide you complimentary breakfast which was not possible. Rest of the issue like TV, kettle etc were not brought to our notice at all during your stay and after you feedback we did check and found them to be working absolutely fine. We wish you well.

Basic Gym facility required... Terrace Garden looks good.

Staff is nice and service is fine

Continous Foul smell in the room toilet. It became difficult to take bath even. On my complaint my room was changed. Their seems to be some sewer problem

市内中心あり便利なホテル。料金割には快適ホテル。又来れば利用したい。歩いて市内観光できる。プシュカル行きのバス停近い。テレビ音声出なかったのが唯一悪い。

Hospitality Approach Vs Cost Approach

We Visited Dargah of Khuwaja Gareeb Nawaz, everyone knows these days you don't get space and Hotel Charges excessively ... that right from business angle to an extent.... BUT hospitality is different... our room was booked but and somehow my team did not mention the check in time... we reached there at 7am but Hotel asked for half day additional charge as they have check in at 12pm... how funny ... I requested that we want to fresh and will not be in room after one hours and whole day till late night we will not come back..even next day we will leave the room after 8am and you may use it as we have our return tickets... I think that not hospitality once you know we are your customers and you have rooms available then you should be polite and supportive instead of having cost approach ...

Dear Mr Raman Thank you for your feedback. During your stay, you were absolutely satisfied with all our services and rooms. However you did mention that you did not expect us to charge for the additional half day usage of the room. We as a hotel have policies that we adhere to. In any hotel in the world, it is clearly mentioned that stay before or beyond the check-in/out time is chargeable. It is quite strange that this would offend you when prudence should dictate and one must pay for what they have used/consumed. We fail to understand, why would you expect a freebie of half a day when you are using the room. And if this is the reason we attract a poor rating from you, we really could not help it.
