Publié le 15 sept. 2021 sur HotelsDefinitely not recommended. States free Wi-Fi. There is none at all. Offered rooms with no lighting. Room offered ran out of water. Furthermore, cistern did not function so had to flush using a bucket. Was advised breakfast to 10am. Got woken up and told at 7.35am that breakfast was ready! Not acceptable at all. You depend on wifi and to not even have is false advertisement.

We are very sorry for the incovininece caused. It's very unfortunate to get these reviews from you.
1. Wifi: We are very sorry that you couln't enjoy our wifi. It was because we encounted a small technical challenge on that very day. Our IT technicians were able to resolved it the following day. We even informed you about the challenge and you agreed with us. All the same, we are very sorry.
2. No lighting in the room: It was not that we don't have light in the room but in the night, there was a general power outage in the whole town. Technicians took the whole night to fix that problem. It was not intentional. We are sorry about that.
3. Water not flowing: We have a standby water resevior. Your claim of water challenge was not communicated to us. We never have water problem at BB Tributary Hotel ever since our establishment.
4. Cistern not flushing: All our WC's are working perfectly. However, if there's any problem with the cistern, you should have drawn our attention. We are sorry to hear this from you.
5. Breakfast: We serve breakfast from 7:30am to 10:00am. On that faithful day, we informed you that breakfast was ready if you would like to take yours'. This is what we do as our excellent service delivery. If you are not ready, you could have told us. This is very unfortunate to say "not acceptable at all"
We enjoyed your stay with us but little did we know that you will post this bad comment about us.

Apparently this is customary all over the world the owner said. I find that hard to believe as I am sure he has never even left his compound. The owner made us buy two rooms, then asked for more money 40cedi to have air con! Also these rooms are not cheap and the owner turns the internet off and when it is on it doesn’t work. Despite saying WiFi available at hotel.
