The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjoining dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 6 and can be extended to fit 8. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal or whipping up a quick snack. The coffee bar features a drip and Keurig style coffee maker and regular coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided. Retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated with cozy linens and has its own unique charm. One bedroom is on the main floor and features a full pull out couch and desk. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms offer queen-sized beds. Head down to the basement for some game room fun featuring a PacMan arcade game, foosball, and a retro classic Nintendo console. There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping arrangements. Our home is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Firestone Country Club, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and Portage Lakes State Park. You'll also find numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short distance away. 🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
