Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HotelsLa seule chose positive est le prix. Chambre avec draps troués, en sous sol avec fenêtre donnant au ras du parking. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre. 2 serviettes pour 4.
Et pas de petit déjeuner contrairement à l’annonce sur HÔTEL.com.
Ne venez que si vous. Ou les économiser pour une bonne raison.

Room & beds were good. Breakfast was not good.

Breakfast was granola bar & chocolate muffin & coffee. More food choices should be available.

The bedding looked like it had not been changed, the floors were not swept. Behind the bed was a bunch of garbage that the maid lazily pushed under the bed. I clean rental homes for a living this would not pass any type of QA walk through i know of.

I would have never chosen this property to begin with but had no choice..it was old and no elevators to help with carrying belongings. It looked and felt run down. In bed, I felt very itchy which i hope was not bed bugs. It was noisy and some of the outlets did not work.

Bed were horrible to sleep on. And in our bathroom the sink was falling down and the celing above the shower scared us to even shower as there was a huge crack in the celling and looked as though it could just cave in and come crashing down at any point. There were multi rooms that were blasting music all night long. And nothing was done about it. People were allower to just sit right out the front door and drink a case of beer all day long. Just all around felt very unsafe during our stay. Called to get towels and room service would not bring them to us we had to go all the way down to front desk to get them and they would only give us two small towels to shower with. All around just felt unsafe and unwelcome. Really just a horrible experience and we will never stay here again.
