For the price you pay for a Hilton hotel, my pillows should not be completely flat. I'm talking flat as a pancake. The furniture and carpet were stained and one vinyl chair had holes in it.

The hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after we checked in. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean upon arrival.

No refund was offered. No refund policy. We had a sick child in the hospital. Room was inadvertently booked for a future date. No refund due to expedia having a no refund policy. Very disappointed. Dissatisfied. Did not get to use the room on the date it was reserved for. My fault for not reading fine print, but it was a terribly stressful weekend.

It was dirty. They switched my rooms and the room was still dirty but not as dirty as the previous one. There was a lady name momma glo. She came to clean my bathroom because I broke some glass. She cleaned that bathroom really well.
