Disappointed and won’t go back there.
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe sheets didn’t fit the bed. So every time you turned over the sheet pop off and then you would see the mattress pad. On my kids bed when I woke up this am the sheet came off bed. And u could see mattress pad that had dry blood spots on. It wasn’t from them. Drain in bathroom was close so no water could go down drain. My bf fix that. The bed were hard. The staff was friendly when I went to check out there was nobody at the front desk for over 10 minutes they stick a sheet of paper that says please sign and turn at the front desk. But when I get to the front desk he said oh we don’t need that. That’s your receipt. For the amount of money I paid it was not positive experience. A couple of months ago I stayed at another Holiday Inn express and it was way better. So it’s quite disappointing

Overall experience was fine, front desk was awesome. Room has been surface wiped for too long and is in need of deep cleaning. Worst part was plenty of black mold under toilet rim. Room is presentable if you're not looking too closely. Bed was super comfy, pillows are amazing, and all that was clean. Has fridge and in room coffee, everything worked, nothing broken, just in need of deep cleaning, new caulk in the tub and that kind of thing.

My wife was very excited when she discovered that the room had a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom unfortunately, when she thought about using it, she discovered that all the jets that she tried to clean all had buildup of dirt in each of the Jets so she thought better about using it
