The place itself is amazing. Staff was mostly great. Internet was terrible. It literally changed depending on where you sat in the room. My husband was told to “walk around the room” to get access. That’s really the only down side to the place.everything else rocked

The room prices were rather high considering half the hotel is under renovation and there are portions of bare walls, ripped carpet, etc.

Construction zone
The hotel is under construction. Stepped off the elevator surrounded by construction workers. Smelled wet drywall mud the whole time. The corridor had no paint on the walls, old torn out carpet laying on the bare floor as protection and drywall dust everywhere. I understand remodels and the room was new and great but they should close down a floor or wing at a time. At least they should notify guests ahead of time they are in construction.

The staff is very kind and they are redoing the hotel but it was not a big deal. We were in room 210 and the bed was broke and you couldn't even sleep. Springs in your back. If you stay here avoid room 210.

We saw signs stating they were under renovation, but the room we stayed in was clearly dated. Cleanliness was okay, employees were neither friendly nor blatantly rude. There was a huge pile of construction items outside that had a group of people in them - not sure if they were just hanging out smoking or homeless, but left us feeling uneasy about parking near by.
