N'arrivez pas tard. Demandez chambre au 4e étage
Publié le 5 nov. 2018 sur HotelsÀ notre arrivée à 01:15 AM le système rebootait et une fois fait, le logiciel ne fonctionnait plus. Il a fallu appeler le IT Center et nous avons eu notre chambre à 01:55 AM seulement! Ce n'est pas la faute de la préposée à la réception mais tout de même.
Les planchers ne sont pas en béton, on entend tout le monde marcher à l'étage au-dessus : désagréable.
La piscine était vide. Il a fallu aller à pied à l'hôtel voisin pour se baigner.
Chambre pour 6, il n'y pas d'ustensiles, un seul verre, et deux chaises à la table!!!

Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAt my check in i swiped my card and 475 dollars was taking from my account. No problem. The next morning i was told i either had to pay another 187.00 or leave. I proceed to let the receptionist kno that i paid i had proof of the transaction being made on my account, but I was still treated rudely and disrespectfully. The problem clearly was the hotels fault and i was treat terrible because of it.

the room was nice, but i found a few dirty socks and there was poop on our toilet left from someone else.

This is our “go-to hotel” when we go to our hometown of Akron to visit family. The facilities and staff are consistently pleasant!

No complaints from me about this hotel. The suite I booked was perfect for my work trip. It allowed me space to spread out. The breakfast was on par with what I would expect of a free/included breakfast at a hotel. Every area I was in was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
