Dirty hotel. No elevator so you have to haul all luggage up many stairs if you aren’t on the ground floor. No phone in room. Bathroom was gross and a hole in the wall with exposed plumbing.

Dear Guest, First I would like to apologize for your stay not meeting your standards or ours here at the Royal Inn and Suites. We do appreciate you taking the time to review your stay with us. We would like to let you know that your concerns are heard and handled appropriately. I would like to take a moment to address your concerns. As for your concern about the elevator and phone, it is a current work in progress at our facility that the old and unserviceable elevator and phone systems are being replaced and modernized. While these are ongoing projects, staff is instructed to offer ground floor rooms to guests whenever available, just as staff did for you during your stay. Additionally our staff is always ready and willing to assist guests with their luggage to their room no matter which floor the guest is on. I have had staff look further into the room you stayed in and found that there was a small plumbing repair done to the sink which left a 6 inch by 8 inch hole that was not repaired correctly, which has since been handled by maintenance staff. Again on behalf of the Royal Inn I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just ok. Not much choice but clean breakfast area. Nothing but a gas station near by. A good balue

It was ok. Bathroom door couldn’t be locked. No latch in the door. Knobs only. The only hot item in the breakfast bar was waffles.

Rose checked in with a smile and cheerful demeanor. The room was spacious and clean. It's conveniently located to restaurants and the highway. Easy drive to Canton for attractions.
