Great little easy beach stay
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIt’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great.

We understand your concern about the window's cleanliness. The window outside the studio tends to get dirty quickly due to the high concentration of sea salt in the air. This is a common issue in coastal areas, where salt from the ocean is carried by the wind and settles on surfaces, including windows, leaving a residue that can obstruct the view.
We'll make sure to address this issue more proactively in the future to ensure our guests can fully enjoy the ocean view.

Not what you'd image in a beach front vrbo
Publié le 10 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis area and main building are nice, and right on the beach, but this unit is on the second floor of a small separate building out front with no outdoor sitting space at all. You can easily walk over to the beach in front of the main building, but it feels like you are intruding on the outdoor space right in front of the main building units patio doors more than a common space for the complex. The king bed was so hard that after the first night my wife ended up sleeping in a separate small pullout bed at the other end of the room. Overall this room was more like a kitchenette motel room than a VRBO and a disappointment. Also note that this place does not have a pool. That's easy to miss when booking online as many similar units in the area do have pools.

Great clean beautiful condo, our host was more than helpful with all that we needed and great on communication.
Only downside is the seaweed on the beach which is the case for alot of Akumal Playa beaches from what I saw and was told about.

Playa Blanca was everything we needed! It was very clean, comfortable, location was perfect.

Relaxing week in Cozy Condo
Publié le 18 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe studio condo was perfect for my week on the beach. Just steps away from the water, and a nice view from the window. Renting a bike made it easy to get into town and around Akumal. David was great, answering all my questions and set up an in room massage and covid test for me. I hope to be able to book again next year!
