Hotel was in the country nothing around the room the bed was perfect ok but the room and the sheet smell it the musty and we don t get hot water and AC doesnt work it well not bad if everything was ok but for us it was the more expensive hotel from our travel for the less experience with little bad guest insects but its jungle too and rhe sximming pool was not cleaning but well ...

As our hosts previously explained, the lack of water service for two hours was an event for which we all had to wait for a solution from the development, that is why the use of the bathroom was offered as a courtesy from another apartment where the water supply had already been restored. The safety of our guests is a priority, that is why we maintain a constant fumigation in our units, it is a pity that you did not report the sighting of the scorpions so that our staff could assist you, being in a semi-urban area we cannot have control over the fauna that inhabits the area. We must not forget that we are located in the middle of the jungle and we are not exempt from this type of event. We have confirmed with our entire team that the payment for your stay was prepared before your departure, so no withholding was made.We hope to have the opportunity to change your perception in the future, as we believe that you will enjoy our services.Sending you our best regards,Sunest L&L.

me fue fatal,es la primera vez que me tuve que salir del hotel ,y gracias a hoteles.com,me dieron otro sitio donde hospedarme,si la app me respaldo al 100%

Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell.

Muy tranquilo para relajarse, área de albercas muy bonita y las instalaciones súper. Las sábanas estaban sucias pero pudimos cambiarlas por otras que habia

Well this place is the most unorganized we have been to. We travelled most of the day and when we arrived there was a security person that told us we needed a code to enter our room which no one has gave us. We really thought we had no place to stay thankfully the security went out of his way to con tact us with the host. Because this are private villages with private host. Soon after I’ve realized that the host had sent us a WhatsApp message the day we were travelling stating that we were going to arrive out of his business hours and that we must pay via direct deposit or a link. Long story short after a long day of travel plus another hour of back and forth with the host we enter the room. The place is very far and hard to get to unless you are driving that should be mentioned as well. Once we got to the room we only had a king n bed and not two queen bed as we were confirmed. After asking about this, the host said that what we choose doesn’t mean is what we are going to get blah blah and there was no refund at all for the downgrade. There was no soap in the washroom. And there was no QR sent to us to enter the villas one we rented a car we had to reach out again to requested . Over all a. Terrible experience. Save yourself a nightmare by avoiding this place .

Wir buchten ein Apartment mit Balkon und erhielten leider nur ein kleines Nebenzimmer ohne Balkon. Auch auf Ansprache war man nicht bereit uns das gebuchten Zimmer zu geben daher sehr enttäuschend. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, das Hotel liegt jedoch in einem gesichterten Golf Resort und sollte mit einem eigenen Auto angefahren werden.
