Pool has glass in it!
Publié le 12 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe room was nice and the maid service was amazing. But the last week we were there I stepped on glass in the pool. And it was tons of small shards. Which caused excruciating pain. We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. This ruined the end of our trip and I know this isn’t the condo owners fault, it really sucks I paid to stay extra days and couldn’t even utilize them. When I messaged the person in charge of the condo they were not concerned at all and made no effort to compensate us for thiis

A tiny home away from home
Publié le 8 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Natasha condo was clean and neat. I was greeted with a generous welcome gift basket. The kitchen accessories were in great shape. The shower is powerful and hot! The bed was firm. If there could be some improvements, I suggest that the refrigerator be replaced with something newer as parts were missing. Also, the child sized sofa could be switched out for an adult version that could be more comfortable. A lamp by the bed would be helpful. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful.
