Publié le 31 oct. 2018 sur HotelsExcellent séjour en famille. Nous recherchions un appartement au calme et c'était parfait. Piscine à 4 mn à pieds ou nous étions seuls. Cette résidence se situe dans un domaine de golf mais donnd accès aux piscine plage et structure des hôtel Bahia Principe. Nous y sommes donc allé pour voir, et la on a pas regretté notre choix. Piscines aux mille transats occupés plage bondée et musique à fond. Bref tout ce qu'on déteste..On nous a offert un buffet petit déjeuner pour participer à une offre promotionnelle du groupe pour acheter 30 ans de vacances... Bref une énorme machine à fuir qui contraste avec le plaisir qu'on a eu à passer ces 3 jours au calme du condo. Merci à Kévin pour tous ses conseils et sa réactivité.

Mejor que otros en los que he estado. Nos gusto muchisimo y volveriamos sin lugar a dudas. La hospitaludad del anfitrion tambien impecable

Relaxing Family Vacation
Publié le 21 avr. 2018 sur HotelsOur family of 5 really enjoyed ourselves here in March 2018. The owner arranged an air mattress so our 3 teen boys could be in the second bedroom. We all enjoyed the family pool at TAO and also utilized the Bahia Principe bracelets to go to the resort's beach and pool. We also returned there our last night for the free show and wished we had done so earlier, as there are free shows every night.
The condo is beautiful and clean and quiet. Kevin (the owner) was super accessible by text, quickly answering all my questions about the unit as well as restaurant recommendations, grocery stores, etc. There was a minor issue with the water heater not providing enough hot water, which turned out to simply be the dial not being at the correct setting. Once that was sorted out with Kevin's help all was well. We would recommend his place to anyone.

Thanks for you positive feedback and comments. We try to make sure our guests have everything they they need to have the best possible experience. This includes being accessible to our guests in a timely manner to answer questions and give suggestions on where to go and what to do if they ask for it.
