Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty location is excellent for our 15 person family and a repeat of a vacation to the same location 16 years ago. The property itself needs to be updated. The towels, sheets, and kitchen utensils need to be updated. The property and dock are very nice. We thought laundry facilities were included but they were not. Get a golf cart for local travel.

Unfortunately, we have no record of this same group staying here 16 years ago. Probably they’re confusing this property with another. However, it's obvious and also impossible that our towels, sheets and kitchen utensils are dated from 16 years ago. Our most important characteristic is to constantly renew ourselves for the benefit and enjoyment of our guests and this is reflected in the continuous excellent comments we receive and our successful permanence in the market over the years. Having said that and with respect to this group in particular, we put our major effort in providing them with as many clean and new sheets & towels as possible, even though they took as many as they want by themselves direct from our laundry. It was very difficult for us to operate our laundry since guests kept it occupied doing their own laundry despite knowing very well that laundry service is not included in our facilities, which is clearly stated on our house rules posted throughout the entire Villa.

This was our second stay.
We love the Villa, as it is so relaxing with something for everyone. The palapa hammocks, pool and dock are beautiful. A perfect place to stay if you like to swim, read or simply gaze at the Sunrise or Sunsets.
The outdoor dining table is perfect for relaxing meals and drinks.
This place is great for family and friends with a perfect location. We plan to visit again next year!

Great stay at Kokobeach
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur family of 5 spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Kokobeach. Bryan and Christian were very accommodating and available hosts. The house and property were even nicer than the photos. The location was excellent, just a few doors down from our favorite restaurant Buenavida, where we walked for happy hour and dinner multiple times. The bedrooms were all air conditioned but the common area is not and can get a little hot and humid during the day. The kitchen is very well stocked with an outside gas barbecue. Some of our favorite nights were grilling and relaxing at the Villa.

Kokobeach Paradise
Publié le 21 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at Kokobeach! The house has beautiful views and you can see the sunset and sunrise from the pier. This is the only pier on half moon bay and it was perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. There is such great snorkeling right in our backyard! We loved the hammocks in the palapa and visiting with Pancho (the resident iguana). The house has everything you need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. It does get hot in the living room and kitchen as there is no a/c in these areas. Bryan was very responsive and super helpful. Maria the housekeeper and the maintenance staff did a great job. Our favorite part was having Chef Carlos prepare our amazing dinners. This was a truly great vacation!

Great property and great owners

Bryan helped us arrange a bunch of activities and they were all magnificient. If you haven't been to this area you should know it is extremely safe and quiet. A 5 minute walk brings you to a handful of very good restauarants and shops. A short drive brings you to many great cenotes and XCaret parks. If this place is available- book it!

Great stay on Half Moon Bay!
Publié le 14 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing vacation in Akumal! The bay and grounds were beautiful! The house was wonderful! It Looked just as pictured with beautiful Mexican tile and furnishings. Bryan was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Conchi (the house keeper) and Carlos (the grounds keeper) were very kind and thoughtful. They both worked very hard to keep the house, pool and dock clean for us. The house is walking distance to a couple restaurants and some shopping. I would definitely recommend this property!
