Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsSéjour d’une nuit dans cet appartement. Situé dans une zone industrielle pas très glamour à l’écart du centre, mais avec toutes commodités autour (plusieurs magasins d’alimentation, pompes à essence). Pas évident à trouver avec les informations fournies.
Le centre de la ville se rejoint aisément à pied ( entre 1 et 2 km)
Propreté moyenne (vaisselle, literie), et equipé au strict minimum. Pas de savon disponible dans la douche, et le flacon de shampooing était vide. Un lit de bienvenue (café, thé) serait apprécié.

The apartment we had was not clean. It still had pizza crust… hair on the pillows a mess… wrote an email immediately and after a few exchange email offered us to change room …. But never wrote back to give us the code of the other room … which I guessed…..

Appartement globalement bien et propre. L’entrée n’est pas facile à trouver car à l’arrière de l’immeuble et elle ne porte pas exactement le même nom. Ca ne ressemble d’ailleurs pas à une entrée d’hôtel.
Ayant réservé pour 4 personnes et pour une nuit, nous aurions apprécié d’avoir le canapé lit préparé pour la nuit. Petit bémol, lorsque nous avons sorti les couettes du placard, elles étaient pleines de cheveux, ce qui laisse un doute sur le fait qu’elles aient été lavées depuis les derniers occupants du canapé. Sinon le reste de l’appartement était très propre.
L’appartement était aussi équipé d’une apple TV (car pas de chaines en réception hertzienne), mais impossible à utiliser car la télécommande ne marchait pas.
Enfin nous aurions aimé avoir 2 poêles pour cuisiner et non une seule et un plat antiadhésif pour le four.

Pros : very clean, well equiped kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer on the same floor.
Cons : Opposite glass collection centre and in an industrial area, noisy by day.
Shower was ALWAYS warm for 30 seconds then lukewarm, never hot (not acceptable). TV is not satellite it is internet and always buffering. Note: the only real apps were Netflix and Prime and you had to have your own subscription. No local or satellite channels.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a worker there. The worker was very kind, but he told us that because of a staffing shortage, we would need to wait for a bit outside for the room to be ready. All good, not his fault.
But when we arrived, we were greeted by the alarm in our room going off once. Then one more time. Then another. We called the landlord who finally told us that they were just "doing tests" in our room, just when we happened to be there. Even if I am to believe that, I can only speak about my own experience at this hotel.
Then, the shower situation. The shower is not closed off by a wall, so when you shower for any more than three minutes, the water spills out and floods the entire bathroom. The drain barely works. And clearly they are already aware of this problem, because there was a shower squeegee placed right next to the shower head to address the same situation that we faced: showering for more than three minutes.
All in all, even though the room looked solid when we first stepped in, there ended up being too many issues with our stay.
