good looking hotel but not more

Disaster, had to change four times the room. Room have bad smell of lemon sanitizer the same that you find in cars. My wife is pregnant it took 1 hour and half to get à proper room. What about only one restaurant open in the full resort... should I specify the bathroom sink smell also in the room ? Last time I came to Fujairah I was in meridien and I should have go back there. Miramar is simply not at the level. There welcome message is stating that they strive for perfection... they are very far.

Bel hôtel mais service inadapté et bas de gamme

Bel établissement. Chambre avec mobilier classique avec une jolie terrasse et une belle vue sur la piscine et les montagnes. Cependant, accueil à la réception très froid, sans sourire. On ne se sent pas bienvenus. Service à la piscine inexistant. Petit déjeuner quelconque, buffet du soir indigne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Très bon service au restaurant asiatique de l'hôtel.

If you like clubs & don't like huge buildings

+: 2 floors biulding on the beach, really nice -: it's a club where most peolple are in all included. 1st consequence is noisy activities all around. 2nd consequence is tasteless/average food in all restaurant

Très bel hôtel avec service en retrait

Cet hôtel bénéficie peut-être du meilleur emplacement aux Emirats, avec la montagne derrière et la mer d'Oman devant. La piscine et les chambres sont superbes. Par contre, l'hôtel souffre d'un manque d'effectifs, inacceptable à ce niveau, en particulier lors du check-in et check-out (une seule personne pour vous servir!). Si vous choisissez le buffet, vous serez également déçus par un manque de produits à la hauteur de la gamme de ce type d'hôtel: peu de fromages, pas de fruits de mer, des plats finalement assez banaux, dommage. Pas au niveau du Méridien voisin, en tout cas.

Issues we have face as of a family of ( 1 baby and a toddler): 1. EXCELLENT hotel for a gateway with the family. 2. Service is very bad ( in room dining and cleaning( 3. You can smell the sewage odor in the bathroom 4. Our room didnt have a carpet, and after a fight and arguments they have transferred us the next day into another room with no carpet again :). 5. Receptionists to the management have a zero experience in how to organise heavy crowd during eid. 6. Ayo and most of rhe valet personnel were helpful only.
