Hôtel bien placé avec une décoration sublime

Mais en gros c'était un séjour superbe et je le recommande

Very nice escape hotel, close to ski & the cedars

From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a warn staff that gave us the privilege to pick our room by visiting the available rooms.
We had a nice cosy dinner next to the chimney and the waiters were always available.
The dinner was delicious, so was the rich lebanese breakfast that we had while enjoying a breathtaking view of the snowy highest peaks of lebanon.
The staff was more than welcoming and even offered us a late checkout
We had a nice escape weekend.
Definitely will return again.

First of all when we arrived they did not have the reservation we had made through Expedia despite we had received a confirmation email. Secondly, there were no towels in the room and they did not tell us. When we realized and we called them, they said that they did not have any at the moment and that we had to wait 30 minutes. We waited longer than that and finally they brought only two towels. They said that they had been full for 20 days in a row and they did not have clean towels! This is unacceptable for a place where you pay a very high rate per night. Also, the room was very hot, little window without air conditioning.
Not sure I will go back there.
