I was checked in by Meshari late at night and he gave me a great upgrade. The executive suite was creat and it had a welcome fruit basket and some sweets but the sweets were not wrapped of covered with clingfilm so i didn’t feel comfortable eating it. The suite was massive, very comfortable bed and a double jacuzzi. It also includes 2 TVs and a coffee machine. The TV was a bit glitchy, sometimes it wont function properly but its not a big deal. The internet connection was stable and fast , had my calls and meetings without any issues. Yubraj delivered my room service food almost everyday and he was always very neat, helpful and professional. I realized at check in that i will need to leave at 6 while the breakfast start at 6:30 so i asked for a breakfast box to be sent to my room. The reception confirmed but at 5:40 nothing came and i called the room service who said they have no records of it and I had to leave. The breakfast arrangement was fixed on other days. Abdallah checked me out and he offered to print my receipt which i was about yo forget. Food was excellent and the staff generally were very professional.
