The sound of the air condition is too loud and noisy. Otherwise everything was great, especially the reception staff.

Very nice hotel but overpriced in the market
Publié le 25 oct. 2022 sur HotelsWarwick is well located near Corniche, but one of 2 Elevators were not in order and for the price I found a much nicer newer and more comfortable portion for 2nd 2 nights

Terrible experience, i cant understand how this is a 5 star hotel, it barely can be 3 star.
It was pricey and comparable to real 5 star hotels
No valet after 11 pm ( 5 star !!!)
Dirty rooms with stains on carbet and sofas
Sliding doors of bathroom and bedroom hardly working
Sound of adjacent rooms are audible and no insulations
Room service is worst i ve ever experienced ( i had to call 3 times and also go personally to reception to ask for housekeeping, yet wasnt done)
Laundry services is so bad and ironing is so bad despite the very extensive laundry fees
Next site is a huge construction that is so noisy and unbearable
Hotel manager was uncooperative and ineffective (mr. AA) to solve and follow up on complaint
Hotel staff refused to room deliver a package from louby to room and i can to pick it up and found thrown away on top of a random table unwatched nor secured nor kept safe...low class hotel
Quality of dining in food is low and terribly uneatable
Sewage smell all over the entrance area
I can say my experienced was the worst i ever had in a very long time
I don't know how this place is allowed to operate under 5 star rating ..authority check

A very good hotel in a good location.
The hotel is nice and quiet. Although, there is a new hotel close by under construction but I didn't hear any noise. The room is very comfy and neat. bathroom is clean. Staff is nice and very friendly.
Breakfast was fine. Could be better.
Pool is small and indoors. Water was cold, I couldn't enjoy it that much although my kids did. Also, there was a small smell of 'shisha' in the morning left from evening time. I'm not big fan of it.
Hotel in a good location close to cornice and Faisal bin Fahad road which has many restaurants and cafes in it.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay. I'll probably stay at the same hotel if I visit again.
