Amazing stay at Abu Dhabi

I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again Bilal was extremely helpful and left it in the key box for me. TV was not working - weak reception - I would only have used it to keep up-to-date with the news - Netflix was however working so was able to watch a movie. Overall I would highly recommend this property for me despite a minor issues I had a wonderful stay and felt well looked after. Thank you Bilal for your service and friendliness

Simply amazing

The apartment was even better than expected with an extra bedroom, four toilets, three showers and one bathtub. Great water pressure and an endless flow of hot water. The apartment had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations, we are definitely coming back!
