There was NOTHING to like. Run by an Indian family with no standards! Run down, no one in office, everything was broken, chipped or peeled. Hispanic contractors partying all evening in front and back. Very dangerous area. This proprietor doesn’t care about anything. First time I felt like $70 was a ripoff. Expedia should remove this hotel. Ad, photos and reviews are misleading or fake!

Dear David: We apologize your stay didn't meet your expectation. Our office is monitored 24/7 and the area around us is full of farms, wonderful state springs, and within 20 miles of the University of Florida. The pwners are great. The room was nice and very comfortable. They go out of thier way to make you feel at home.

Dirt covered the floor. Clogged shower. One towel. The lights constantly flickered.

Dear Tiana: We regretfully apologize to you if your stay did not meet your expectations. We give all of our rooms a courtesy daily service and change out dirty towels for fresh regularly. All of our rooms are fully stocked with multiple sets of towels for the comfortability of our guests. We also apologize that during your 4 night stay with us, we didn't discover any issue with the drainage or the lights in the room. However, we are happy to have been your host during Hurricane Debby and can say with relief that not once did we lose power or use of our services.

Cockroaches were present. Mild odor. Carpet was very worn and dirty. When I stepped into the wet shower, there was black liquid around my feet immediately. The beds were very poor. The staff was very polite and helpful, but this property is badly in need of updating.

Not a five star hotel by any means but a five star review due to friendly helpful staff and clean room. Rooms and property are a little shabby and very dated, but for the price the place is comfortable and staff fully serviced the room each night. If I come back to the area I will stay here again.
