The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet.

Thank you on your review. So sorry about the flooding as when you arrived its rains really hard and everywhere in the city were flooded as its the peak of rainy season. Obviously you cannot go out the property since its raining very hard. I think the original date that you book has a much better weather compare the day you decided to stay. Actually we are on strict no cancellation policy but still I consider your request to rebook though Expedia does not knows about it. Anyway your scores already pull down our market and its so sad that small rating like this easily destroys our small income. Thanks anyway.

Parking was a problem. The apartment was nice and had airco in both bedrooms and plates and silverware in kitchen along with power strip and cooking burner. Fridge was too small though.

Hi there, about the parking, you can park beside the unit and the parking area near the road. Thank you for staying in our place.
