Maintenance/engineer team is sleeping on the job at this hotel. So many things are broken down. Not a total deal breaker if you can ignore a wobbly table while eating breakfast or loose tile flooring in the bathroom. I also say that about the Maintenance team because when I got to my room, I was shocked to see a Maintenance man in my room, sitting on the bed, watching Tv.

The desk clerk went above and beyond our 1st night. Genuinely customer friendly.
The downside, our room was not cleaned the following day. The phone in the room didn't work to call for more towels. I had to get the towels for myself after waiting more than 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to even assist me. The breakfast attendant was not happy at all when we asked for more cups and when we told there was no more coffee. We felt like we were really bothering her.

A good hotel with a lot of caring staff!

The staff was amazing and even offered to change rooms over a couple of dents, but I said no because we were tired and it was no big deal to us. It was worth every penny and they wanted me to leave this feedback for everyone to see. I said I would leave only a positive feedback, but they wanted the truth out to fix any problems others may say about their hotel. A lot of pride is put in by the staff and all were friendly and helpful. I would recommend highly and the shower was awesome! I enjoy rainfall showers and our room came with one. Great job and the minor stuff is no big deal. It was worth every penny and I left a tip for their kindness and caring about my experience.
