Mangel på engelsktalende personale, det var et lille problem, hvis man havde spørgsmål eller lign.

Complex was fabulous but location was too far out for us. Nothing outside the complex, you would have to get a taxi to the town all the time.
Snack bar wasn't open, which was a big disappointment

booked 2 rooms both families with small kids.
Walked in got keys went to room opened door and straight away it felt like its not been cleaned since last people left it if not months.dirt everywhere opened table was broken remote in 5 pieces in there.another tv remote was in use taped all around it had a good bash.opened cupboard door fell off on 3 out of 7 doors
Toilet showers both were blocked coudnt use it
Toilet seat was not fitted to toilet
All kitchen utensils were burnt/never been washed
Alot of things left by previous people who were rented it still there. its about 1 km from the adress showing on google in middle of no where
And mainly the beddings there were 10 different kind of beding not any fitted the beds there and they were yellow all sheets and blankets had blood and yellow stains on them i had to spend 5 hours indoors to wash them first before giving them to my children
And same with cups and plates there were about 3-4 each all from different sets
Electric sockets were falling off
No locks on bathrooms
Its never been cleaned under the sofas or carpet or inside the tables or anywhere
It does not end there

Pour : The property was clean and spacious
Contre : communications, also put the correct name on the expedia site. so it is easier for the customer to make contact
Emplacement : The location is remote, but there is a free shuttle service. the beach is 7 mins using the shuttle service. there is a market on Tuesdays & Saturdays
Excellent resort, which i would highly recommend, very spacious and clean. The pools are well maintained and has plenty of facilities within the resort, such as sauna, steam room, cinema, water slides, play area, table tennis, hammam, massage, gym. It is located quite high up and you will have fantastic views of the mountains and the sea. They have a free shuttle service to the beach every hour. However, it is called Azura Park and not Alanya azura family style. Therefore when i tried to contact them using the old website i did not get any communication back. But on the day of the travel they contacted me and a rep is assigned to you, but that was too late for my transfer question as i had already booked it. Then they tell me that they also provide transfers and it would have been far cheaper than what i paid. They should make contact earlier. Also, when i got there each person is given a ID card, because i arrived on a saturday night they could not give me a card until Monday, therefore on sunday i was not able to use any facilities, and the receptionist was unhelpful.
