Good personnel, bad hotel maintenance

Positives: * Good location * Good air conditioner * Sink in the shower is not clogged and drains water quickly * Great restaurant: both food, service and prices * Friendly personnel. Thanks to Ohan, Oman and Ismet Negatives: * It's VERY difficult to get a comfortable water temperature in the shower * No warm water in the shower late in the evening or at night * The personnel is friendly, but sometimes forgets what you asked for and needs reminders, even if you gave them tips * Cleaning frequency is unpredictable, 1-4 days between cleanings * The hotel doesn't respond to e-mails or hotels.com msgs Much is missing or half-broken, such as: * The bathroom lacks a shelf or even a hook for towels * Broken shower head holder that does not hold the shower head * No microwave even though shown in the room pictures * No big knife to cut a watermelon * Chipped and cracked plates and cups, and very few of them * Portable stove is heating very weakly * The wardrobe has only 2 hangers, for all the clothes of 3 people * The balcony has only 2 chairs, again, for 3 people * Non-working light bulbs Some of that was fixed after I complained, but not all, each fix took several days, and I needed to remind several times It's impossible to have everything perfect, but the amount of deficiencies in this hotel was too much. Nobody wants to spend their vacation time on complaining and reminding about the hotel lackings 2 stars instead of 1 because of the personnel and great bar/restaurant

Çift kişilik odada 2 ayrı yatak vardı birleştirince tek çift kişilik yatak oluyor denildi lakin biri yüksek diğeri alçakta kalıyor .
