we have booked a double room with balcony, but instead were placed in a very small dirty room with the air conditioner that didn’t work. The room had a single bed and no balcony. We requested several times to be placed in the room that we have already payed for, but reception staff only stated that they are fully booked. The service is awful, the rooms are dirty and the restaurants are unsanitary. This is clearly NOT a 5 star hotel, and not even 3 star one. I wish I have chosen something else. Also please note that I speak basic Turkish, fluent English and Russian. The staff members claim to speak English and German, however, they cannot. Even their Russian is disappointing.

For the price we payd it is absolutely OK. You have a job to do to train some of the service people. It is anoying to see adult people stacking food on their plates like they never have seen foo before. That is ofcourse not the hotel to blame.

Alanya güzel, Hoteller full dolu. Bunun verdiği rahatlıkla seçim yapma özgürlüğünüz kısıtlı (hatta yok) bu hoteli bulduğuma şükrediyorum. Hotellere direkt gitmeyin muhattap olmuyorlar. eylülün sonuna kadar doluyuz diyorlar, sakın planlama yapmadan Alanyaya gelmeyin.Hotel kapasitenin üstünde dolu. Havuz şezlong kesinlikle yer bulunamıyor, sabah erken saat 6'da kalkıp veya 7 de yer kapmalısınız. yemek çeşidi çok az, personel mutlu değil, Yüzler çok asık ama haklılar bunalmışlar artık, asgari ücret , ve talep edilen hizmet. Müşteride çok acımasız davranıyor, herkes konusunda haklı. Müşteri paranın hakkını istiyor, personel ne kadar ekmek o kadar köfte diyor. Sonuç hiç kimse mutlu değil.Bu arada Yiğidi öldür hakkını ver, Özdem Volkan Kortay bey'in (Genel Müdür) ilk gün odaya meyve tabağı ve şarap göndermesi (genel bir uygulama sanırım) çok nazikçeydi. Acınası Bir turizm operasyonumuz var, Eğer bu düzeltilmez ise Bu sektörde çöker.

Vi hadde et helt ok opphold. Hotellet trenger oppussing, bedre vedlikehold, flere solsenger og renere uteområder. Noen av personalet var veldig service innstilt mens andre var bare der og brydde seg ikke. Vi konsentrerte oss om det positive og koste oss så mye så mulig, men valget blir nok ikke Armas Hotels igjen.

Garaget va stängt för andra ändamål,fick parkera på gatan. Safeboxen va placerad så att man fick sitta på knäna(golvnevå). Ingen kod till den, utan fick ta med nyckeln till stranden. Maten ej god.
