It must have been the worst so called all inclusive hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Thank good we only stayed there 1 day. It is supposed to be ranked as a 4 hhhh hotel but was more likely a 2 hh. The food was buffet under specific hours and the so called coffe-break “buffet” was terrible, a few crackers and a biscuit. Dinner was ok, even though the guests seem to think the hotel would run out of food carriyint over filled plates and ate like there was no tomorrow. Disgusting. The beverage section was all artificial juices that tasted like radioactive and coffe from a machine. They should really look into this All inclusive part and start all over. The room was very bad with faded paint broken roof in bathroom and 1 single power socket. The AC was a total joke. We set it for 17 degrees and it barely cooled the room at all. It might have been like 25 in the room after 2 hours. Elevator is a disaster and barely fits 2 persons.

It's unfortunate that your very short visit led to such inaccurate conclusions, including your unwarranted judgment of other guests’ dining habits. Add honest details to ad, building work is ongoing

So, the room was fine. All staff extremely helpful, and the food very nice! Extremely clean too. The problem was there was extensive building work going on inside the hotel area, and the wether wasn't good, so we couldn't tolerate the noise which went on near the lobby all day long, except mral times. I had annef on staying more days as the location and food are great, but checked out because of the noise. The poor reception manager, had to endure right next to it!

Good service and a very helpful staff. Nice food, a suitable location (near the beach and not far away from the center of Alanya) and a queit neighbourhood.
