Overall good experience
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was an overall good experience. The living area was clean. The coaches and chairs in the living room are not comfortable though and should be updated.
The garage game room was nice. We couldn’t play pool though because the sticks had no tips. The outside areas were dirty, furniture was dirty with lots of spider webs.

The kitchen needs to be organized, we spent far too much time looking for things we needed, also, 9x13 pans would be helpful for meals. The outside needs a good cleaning, the spider webs and mud dobber nests as well as weeds really took away from the attractiveness of the home. The pickleball court was a huge bonus! Loved it! Overall, very nice property.

Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe boat ramp is not close to this nice house- inside very clean - outside was unkept- pier needs some attention/cleaning and lighting. House is very nice and comfortable! Pier is a nice walk from the house. Would recommend to a friend.

Gina, thank you for your stay! Our cleaning crew usually cleans the house and the patio on the day of check-in. Since you requested access to the property by 8 AM, they had to clean the day before. And during spring time, we will have leaves/pollen blowing onto the patio. The entire property is mowed every week and inside/outside is cleaned before every check-in. Pier lights are functioning, all instructions to turn on the lights were given in the instruction manual. As included in the description of the property on VRBO (including the map), the boat dock is about 150 yards walk/drive from home. It's a 15-acre property with drive/walk access to the boat dock with clear directions and lighting all through the estate.
