Top location in Alba
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayAs in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. As an example. we had a problem with our car one day, and he volunteered to go with us to a mechanic and help us out. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's. This was at the top. Highly recommended.

Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great property and Guilio was the perfect host. Everything from checking in, the week we stayed and checkout process was flawless. This location is walkable to Alba centro and also easy drive to all of the nearby villages. Highly recommend!!

Tremendous House

He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone planning to stay in Alba!

Villa Anna meets - and exceeds - it’s description on the website. The residence is spacious, immaculate and beautifully appointed. The exterior spaces are sophisticated, inviting and comfortable. The location is ideal: a private, restful space just minutes from the center of Alba.
The host is gracious, respectful of your privacy, and generous in his knowledge of the immediate and surrounding areas. He is genuinely committed to making this a memorable visit. Villa Anna was a high point in our recent trip to Italy.

Home base for family wine experience
Publié le 3 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayVilla Anna exceeded all expectations. Giulio was an amazing host. The property was so stylish and spotless. We loved being able to easily walk into Alba and drive to nearby Roero, Barberesco, and Barolo. It was perfect but too short!!

Amazing Alba!

was not only an extraordinary house and property with every imaginable amenity including walking distance into town.Our host Guilio was also above and beyond with every detail regarding communication, concern for our comfort and recommendations for local experiences.
Three days was not enough to savor this outstanding house and location.
