A good hotel although a tad pricey

Dog Rock Motel was clean and comfortable. Appears to be recently refreshed (paint, carpet, tiling etc).
Beds were comfortable.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Room service from the motel's restaurant was delicious.
Minor problem with on demand movies restarting periodically and shower randomly going cold for a minute.

Decent property to stay at. A little outdated but still usable. Was nice and clean. Room was comfortable. Price seemed a bit steep for a motel but we did book last minute and during a long weekend. Was $366 for one night for 3 people.

This property is in a great location for visitors to Albany. Its in walking distance to shops and a variety of top restaurants. Staff are friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries promptly. We've stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed.

Great location walking distance to town.
Stayed in a Heritage Room, very clean and comfortable.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely stay there again.
