In July heating is a must. Contacted the agent who apologized and was in Perth so could not come to check the AC. Alternatives were not acceptable.
I requested I partial refund if the AC was found to be working OK and lack of heating due to my inability to operate the control.
No response 10 days later.

Great small apartment, close to IGA and foreshore. Handy having guest laundry across the corridor.

Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayConvenient, clean, comfortable apartment. Walking distance from good views, bars, shops and eateries, but peaceful as well.
Value for money compared to other options in the area.
Only issue was the lock on the door was very difficult to open and probably needs looking at.

Thanks for your feedback, Cate. So appreciate it. Re the lock on the door - I know its tricky and hence the instruction on how to manage it in welcome information. It is the way all doors in the complex were set up when built.
