I like the fact that the property had a restaurant, but would have preferred they tell you that at checkin. Also, did like the fact the they charged extra for parking. It should have been included in the price of the room.

I am so sorry that your experience with us was not typical at all! We were very embarrassed to have checked you into a room that was most certainly not guest ready. I apologize if you did not feel that your issues were well received by the staff, that was certainly not our intention - all feedback is welcome as it helps us to be aware of issues that need to be addressed. Please be assured that this experience was not indicative of our normal standards. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a far more typical experience.

Stay away and book somewhere else.

Do not stay here. Rooms are filthy and outdated. No pool access as it was a nasty green color. Looks like it might have been decent 15-20 years ago but definitely a dump now.
