The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing. The house was in poor shape and the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. It was clean though. One night I heard gun shots, the next night there was a fight at 2 a.m. The walls between the two rentals are so thin I could hear the neighbor YAWN. The windows only have curtains and no blinds....including the window in the shower. I am glad I was a grown women and not a young lady. Also, I never got check out instructions. I washed the dishes and put the dirty towels in the tub. This was not worth the money I spent for week!
