It is apparent they have been upgrading. Rooms are clean, freshly painted and comfortable Fantastic value. I really wish I had time for the amazing little pool. Breakfast was basically fine. Maybe I was late. Waffles. Some cereal. A lone apple. A lone yogurt. Basically skip it.
There is a terrific food truck court right next door for lunch or dinner. Super great location for fair grounds and walkable to restaurants and shopping.

The room had a bad odor, the towels were stained and the bedding was torn.

The property was very descent inside and out but the back of The property where we took are 1 year doggie to do his duty was infested with fleas witch he never experienced before.
