Property advertised that it was Pet Friendly on website but when I arrived I was told it did not except pets. I had booked and paid for 4 rooms with Travelocity. I have not received a refund. NEVER AGAIN!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

We have used this property several times with no issues. It is a good stay every stay.

They didn’t disclose renovations at time of bookin
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsThey are renovating. That WAS NOT disclosed when I booked or I abound not have booked! There were painted splotches all over, drop cloth/papers in the foyer, odd furniture in odd places, large boxes in the front and foyer.
Just not a nice setting.

If you’re looking for pet friendly or working indoor pool, look elsewhere! The description is not accurate on Expedia, they do not allow pets and the pool is currently under construction! The staff made the situation right and we stayed in a freshly renovated room! Very clean! Once the construction is finished this hotel will surely be a 5/5!!! Thanks Lori!

It’s being remodeled and has a chance of being great but it’s not yet and not much convenient parking.
