Publié le 25 mai 2023 sur HotelsNous avons réservé cet hôtel dans l’idée de passer une nuit dans une trulli. Malheureusement, cela est resté au stade de l’idée. Nous avons dormi dans un cabanon de jardin, dans un lit d’appoint escamotable refermable dans un placard. Très sombre, odeur de renfermé et douche bouchée, pas d’éponge pour la vaisselle. En somme, un nuit de l’angoisse à faire briser des couples. Dommage…

Chers invitésNous sommes vraiment désolés car tout est décrit sur le portail en parfaite harmonie avec ce que vous trouverez à votre arrivée. Vous ne pouvez pas réserver un mini-appartement NO TRULLO et vous attendre à une Suite Trullo. Nous conseillons vivement aux clients de vérifier en détail les coûts et l'emplacement de l'emplacement choisi. Un salut très cordial à Bientot

Since the first night, the air conditioning system was broken so when we turned it on it started leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor after only short use. The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. He asked us to pay €350 and then €400. He called the Expedia agent in Italia through phone so I told to him that I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because the water leaking and it is noisy plus he didn’t honor the agreement price €299.84 confirmed by Expedia. He doesn’t have the credit card authorization machine and forced me to pay in cash €400. He said he would call the police to kick us out so I handed €300 to him and asked the receipt but until now he didn’t provide me any receipt. We learnt a good lesson that he prefers doing a business under the table and I can’t believe it that Expedia doing a business with scammer !

Dear Guests, we are very sorry for your misfortune... for your problem we promptly called two plumbers and resolved everything on your second day of stay. We have not given you any other rooms as they are occupied, our intention is always to give the best for our guests. But you cannot expect to have a superior room by actually choosing the one that costs less, making excuses... I remind you that you wanted to leave without paying, cleverly, even though you called expedia, only when the police called did you decide to do it. I also remind you that you did not want to pay for the final cleaning or the tourist tax, which we paid, subtracting our already meager compensation... I want to publicly remind you that you stayed in a UNESCO heritage site for 40 euros per night.in the hope of not having you back as our guest...we remind you to have more respect for those who work seriously...the other reviews also demonstrate this...regards

Staying in a Trulli is unique. It was cozy and well appointed. Not right in town but only a 10 minute walk. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

Our Trullo one bedroom junior suite was amazing.
Everything was fantastic.
The owner even drove to pick us up upon arrival when we got a little lost.
We highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Publié le 22 mai 2023 sur HotelsFantastic trulli‼️ fantastic place to stay, immaculately clean and the owner Mariano could not have been nicer, he was incredibly accommodating, I was embarrassed that we were arriving so late but it did not seem to bother him at all. The pictures are true to life, incredibly clean and had everything you could ever need. I can’t wait to return.
