Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom haven of relaxation and entertainment. Spanning three floors, our spacious retreat ensures that every member of your group can revel in the privacy they desire. With 9 comfortable beds, we can host up to 14 guests without the need for futons or pull-out couches.

An Enchanting Retreat
Our house boasts cathedral ceilings, spacious rooms, and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. From the plush bedding and towels to the gourmet coffee, every detail exudes warmth.
Entertainment Galore
The lower level houses a game room, TV/lounge area, bar table, laundry facilities, and two bedrooms with comfy full/twin bunks and a king-size bed, as well as a full bath. The first floor includes two bedrooms with a queen and a full and two queens, a Great Room with a wall of windows and a cozy propane fireplace, a spacious dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, and access to our expansive front deck with dining table for 12 plus plush seating and a large grill.
Private Retreat
On the top floor, you'll find a charming bedroom loft with King Bed, its own bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, as well as a private balcony with breathtaking morning sun.

Other things to note
The Towamensing Trails private community has a Lake, a beach and a playground for you to enjoy only 5 mins from the house! The outdoor pool is only open during summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
All guests must be registered with the community and will be required to submit their license plates to us to get your vehicles parking passes to use during your stay. The community office will issue vehicle tags and wristbands (8 maximum) for access to all the community amenities including the lake, beach, pool, arcade room, restaurant, trash site etc. In order to guarantee access to the community amenities guests need to book and submit the required information needed to get you registered. This includes: The guest who books mailing address, cell phone number and all cars being parked license plate numbers and state registered. We need this information at least 3 days before the reservation starts. We can try our best to get you registered the day before (except on Sundays as office is closed) but we can't guarantee it.
As there is no trash pick-up the community requires guests to dispose of their trash. This is not in our control. The dumpster station is located 6 mins drive from the property. Please drop off trash upon checkout.
Early check ins and late check outs are available for a fee.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home except for two locked owners closets. Guests also have access to the community amenities at no extra cost.
✹ ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: The base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. Up to 14 total guests total - including children. All children over 2 will count towards the total guest count.
✹ PETS: A maximum of three dogs are permitted. The Pet fee is $150 for the first dog and $125 for the second dog and $100 for the third dog. . If you bring 2 or 3 dogs let us know as we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.
